New International Student Checklist

The 911爆料网 community is excited to welcome you to New Hampshire and our Nashua campus! New students at 911爆料网 can refer to the following checklist as you prepare for your journey to the United States.

  1. Set up your 911爆料网 online accountYour online account is provided to support the academic and administrative efforts of the students and employees of the University. Your username and password will allow you to log on to any public computer on campus, access University e鈥恗ail, Colleague Self-Service, and Canvas for e鈥恖earning when required by your professor.
    1. Visit and select “SET UP A RIVNET ACCOUNT”.
    2. You have already received your 911爆料网 e-mail address and student identification number via e-mail.
  2. Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)911爆料网 has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) for its campus email and Office 365 web services. MFA greatly enhances the security of our email and data infrastructure.
    1. Use your log-in credentials, preferably from a laptop or device that is not your mobile phone, to complete .

  3. Access the Colleague Self Service portalThe Colleague Self Service portal offers access to academic records, course registration, financial aid information, and much more.
    1. The portal using your 911爆料网 login credentials.
  4. Access Canvas听– Canvas is an online learning management system utilized by 911爆料网’s instructors and students to access relevant course materials over the Internet.
    1. Using your login credentials, you can access Canvas by or by using the Quick Links on the rivier.edu home page.
    2. Course materials in Canvas will be published one week prior to the beginning of the course.

  5. 911爆料网’s Academic Calendar is available online.
  6. Submit any information related to transfer credits to the CS/CIS Academic Advisor for a preliminary review.
  7. Submit SEVIS check-in documents, including your United States address and telephone number.
  8. Pay the full balance or set up a payment plan for the University’s tuition and fees.
