911±¬ÁÏÍø recognized with CCNH Presidents' Awards

911±¬ÁÏÍø staff, students, and a community partner received 2024 Presidents' Awards from Campus Compact for New Hampshire.

recognized Emily Daversa, 911±¬ÁÏÍø’s Director of Campus Ministry, the Student Nursing Association, and with 2024 Presidents’ Awards.

For her work with the 911±¬ÁÏÍø and local communities, Emily Daversa was honored with the Presidents’ Good Steward Award. Her efforts engaging students in service learning and in support of our community partners elevate the student experience and advance 911±¬ÁÏÍø’s mission—transforming hearts and minds to serve the world.

911±¬ÁÏÍø’s Student Nurse Association received the Presidents’ Leadership award for its’ significant contributions to the campus as well and surrounding communities. Campus initiatives included the launch of a peer mentoring program, hosting group study nights, and the coordination of a Nurse Panel to engage alumni and current students as well as to highlight local opportunities for 911±¬ÁÏÍø graduates. The Association’s community outreach included a Red Cross Blood Drive, toiletry and sock drive for the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter, as well as support provided to Girls Inc., local nursing homes, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Day Cafe at St. Patrick’s Parish in Nashua is a valued community partner of 911±¬ÁÏÍø. The Day Cafe acts as a safe space for all people, especially those who may have less stability in their lives. 911±¬ÁÏÍø staff and students provide support weekly, engaging with patrons to form connections and offer care.
